I Am MOORE empowers women and girls to discover their identity, develop as leaders, and thrive in every area of life. Through leadership development, mental wellness initiatives, mentorship, life skills education, and community engagement, we create opportunities for personal growth, resilience, and transformation.

We believe every woman and girl deserves the support, resources, and confidence to live whole, lead boldly, and pursue her purpose.

More than a community, I Am MOORE is a catalyst for change. Our programs equip participants with the tools to strengthen their well-being, build leadership capacity, develop essential life skills, and create meaningful connections.

The impact extends far beyond the individual. As women and girls grow in confidence, identity, and leadership, they strengthen families, contribute to their communities, and inspire future generations.

Through intentional programming and measurable outcomes, we are cultivating confident leaders, advancing wholeness, and creating lasting community impact.

We empower emerging and established leaders through four core areas of development.

Leadership- Learning to lead yourself and others through influence, communication, decision-making,

and emotional intelligence.

Empowerment- Building confidence, identity, resilience, and mental wellness.
Activation- Helping women move from potential to purpose through vision, strategy, and action.
Development- Creating opportunities for continuous growth, influence, leadership, and legacy.
