A Power-Filled Boldness

It's different.  

It's not expressed in the way the world expresses it.  

Ours is anchored, yes, rooted in the vine.  

Apart from him, it looks like theirs. 

It isn't given to us to break boundaries of protection 

But to enforce them 

It isn't so that we may boast in ourselves 

For we are truly weak. 

When we are under pressure of any sorts,

it's the braveness to surrender it to Him. 

He is the source of it,

not our trauma nor the world's standard. 

It's encouragement to stay covered in every aspect. 

Whether physically, spiritually, or emotionally. 

It is the confidence to be totally reliant on Him 

Lovingly accepting your role as a daughter. 

It’s walking in a way that screams softly yet loud. 

She is so loved 

It's accepting Him as He say He is 

And embracing the fact that you will be spending your days 

Washed by His words 

Becoming cleaner and thoughts clearer 

As often as you surrender. 

It is the strength to do the same for others 

Allowing yourself to be the lamp on a stand. 

Remember, He placed you there for all to see 

It is a sign to point people not to you 

But to Him indeed.
