Faith During a Rough Season...

My faith has been pushed and stretched to it’s limits this past month. I prayed for a promotion at my job and was let go a few days after that prayer.
It didn’t make sense to me at the time and I found myself drowning in chaos, worries and stress. I was frantically trying to scramble and put the pieces of my life back together.
There was seemingly no hope, no peace and I wanted desperately to shut down and hide.
But God called me higher.
I dug into His word and HELD TIGHTLY to His promises:
-“My God shall supply ALL my needs according to HIS riches” (not mine) (Philip. 4:19)
-“God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”
(2 Cor 9:8)
-“Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds!” (Luke 12:24)
I sought His face and searched into His word to find what He wants me to do.
It looked bleak… my bank account was running low, bills were due.
But I was unshakable because I founded my faith in Him and fixed my eyes on His word which lights my path. And HE SHOWED UP!
He filled my house with provision, opportunities, open doors and MORE.
God didn’t promote me at my former job… He promoted me in the Spirit! He promoted me in faith!
Your situation may look bleak like mine did, but let my testimony help you overcome!
God is not a man that He would lie! His word always returns back to Him accomplishing EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID!
Hold on SIS! He’s promoting your faith!
Let Him do the labouring
Rest in His promises!
