Faithful He Is

This year has truly blown my mind.

At the beginning of the year, during our annual family meeting, we boldly declared “everything new.” We spoke it in faith, believing God for renewal, growth, and direction—but I don’t think we fully grasped how literal God was about to be.

And now, looking back…

NEW it is.

A new house.

A new career.

A new city.

A new church.

New business ventures.

New projects.

New connections.

New experiences.

New layers of healing.

New depths of Him.

And to close out the year—a new car.

So much has changed that at times it felt like a whirlwind. There were moments I had to pause and catch my breath because nothing felt familiar anymore. Yet in the middle of all the transition, one thing remained the same:

God.

He was steady when everything else was shifting. He was present in every yes, every open door, every stretch, and even in the moments that felt uncertain. This year reminded me that while seasons change, He does not. He is still the same good God—faithful, intentional, and mindful of every detail.

There were times we looked at what we had and wondered, “Lord, is this enough?” And every time, He answered by doing what only He can do—multiplying our little.

I’m reminded of the story of the widow and her oil. She only had a small jar—nothing impressive, nothing abundant. But God didn’t require what she didn’t have. He simply asked her to bring what she did have and trust Him with the rest. As she poured, the oil kept flowing. It didn’t stop until there was no more room to receive it.

That’s what this year felt like.

We showed up with faith, obedience, and whatever was in our hands—and God kept pouring. Doors opened. Provision showed up. Healing happened in layers I didn’t even know I needed. What looked insufficient became more than enough because He was in it.

This year didn’t come without challenges, but it came with confirmation:

God is faithful.

Faithful to His word.

Faithful to His promises.

Faithful to multiply what we surrender.

I’m deeply grateful to know Him as Jehovah Jireh the God who provides, who sees ahead, and who never leaves His people lacking.

Final Note: As we step into 2026, remember this—write the vision and make it plain. Our anthem

“Everything New” was more than a Tye Tribbett song for us; it was a spiritual declaration, and God heard us. And sis, He hears you too. Declare boldly. Speak life. Trust Him with what’s in your hands and then watch Him move.

My testimony remains simple and sure:

Faithful He is.

And I can’t wait to see what He does next

P.S. I mentioned all of these new things, but I would be remiss if I didn’t share that I was NO LONGER praying for any of those things. I reached a place of contentment and decided that if God never did another thing for me, He had already done enough. This year I decided I would just seek His face and in return He showed me His hand.
