Hello December! We Made It, Sis

There is something powerful about reaching December. Not just because it’s the last month of the year, but because it reminds us of everything we’ve walked through, everything we’ve survived, and every moment God kept His hand on us. When we slow down long enough to look back, we realize we didn’t make it here on our own. We made it because God carried us every step of the way.

This year stretched us, refined us, and grew us in ways we weren’t always prepared for. There were moments we were unsure, moments we felt tired, moments we wondered how things would work out...yet God remained steady, consistent, and faithful. He never left. He never stopped providing. He never stopped fighting for us, even behind the scenes. “The Lord is faithful to all His promises and loving toward all He has made.” (Psalm 145:13)

For I Am MOORE, 2025 has been a year filled with reminders of just how present God is in the details of our lives. Every gathering, every space we created, every room where women came together to breathe, heal, worship, or simply be themselves, God showed up. He met women right where they were. Tears turned into testimonies and ear turned into faith. Women who walked in as strangers left as sisters. None of that was because of us; all of it was because of Him.

This year, we watched God restore what life tried to take out. We watched Him open doors we didn't even know to knock on. We watched Him meet needs in ways that only He could orchestrate. Whether it was through worship moments, small group conversations, outreach efforts, or simply the warmth of community, God proved over and over again that He is still in the business of healing and transformation. And through it all, He reminded us, just like Philippians 1:6 says, that “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.”

Through it all, He didn’t just show Himself faithful to IAM; He showed Himself faithful through the women who serve, support, give, pray, volunteer, and show up with their whole hearts. Your presence, your generosity, your belief in the mission… God used it all. You have been a living expression of His provision.

As we stand in December, we aren’t just looking at another month; we’re looking at a miracle. We’re looking at evidence of a God who kept us when things got heavy, who surrounded us when we felt alone, and who provided when the need was greater than the resources. We’re looking at the faithfulness of a God who finishes what He starts. And because of that, we can walk into these final weeks with confidence. And sis, that’s your encouragement for this month: finish strong. Not rushed. Not pressured. Not overwhelmed. But strong in spirit, anchored in truth, steady in faith. Remember, “those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength” (Isaiah 40:31). That means your strength doesn’t come from the calendar, it comes from Christ.

Finishing strong doesn’t always look like doing more. Sometimes finishing strong means prioritizing what matters and resting intentionally. Or it could mean giving yourself permission to let go of what you were never meant to carry, or starting again, even in December.

If you’re wondering how to finish strong, here are small, practical steps that shift everything without overwhelming you:

  1. Quiet your mornings and pray before you plan.

  2. Write down what God has done so far, gratitude opens your eyes.

  3. Clean up unfinished tasks one small step at a time.

  4. Reconnect with someone who poured into you.

  5. Do one act of kindness this month, let God use you.

  6. And above all, spend more time in God’s presence than in your worries.

Simple, doable steps, but powerful shifts because the goal isn’t perfection; it’s alignment. When we align ourselves with God, He strengthens what’s weak, completes what’s undone, and breathes life into what felt stagnant.

So as we close out the year, let your posture be both gratitude and expectation. Gratitude for everything God has done (every prayer answered, every door opened, every heart healed, every woman touched) and expectation for everything He is preparing to do next. If God has been this faithful in 2025, we can only imagine the glory He will reveal in 2026! Sis, we made it to December. Not by strength, not by chance, not by luck, but b the grace of God and His faithfulness. Let’s finish strong!

As you reflect on God’s faithfulness and prepare to finish this year strong, I created a special 2026 Vision & Goal-Setting Workbook to help you step into the new year with clarity, intention, and faith. It’s designed with YOU in mind, a space to pray, dream, release, and align with what God is calling you into next. You can download it using the link below and complete it digitally or upload it into Canva to personalize it even more.

My prayer is that this workbook helps you enter 2026 grounded, focused, and expectant for all God is about to do.
