Unsupported Network

I was sitting in my comfy office chair, at my white L shaped desk on a Saturday afternoon. I was having some “me time”. I started out on Youtube, there really wasn’t anything there that was catching my attention. I would start a cleaning video, but for some reason I was experiencing intermittent connectivity. It would start then stop , then stop again. So annoying! I got fed up there and closed that app and moved to Facebook. I figured it was the videos causing the issue. I scrolled through a few pages. Then I saw a reel I wanted to check out I tried to click on it and boom, it starts freezing AGAIN. At that point, I was just done with the socials. I went on about my day.

A little while later, my sister sent me a TikTok. It was a good one, lol! The only problem is, you don't just watch the one, you keep scrolling. I was able to see the one she'd sent and a few more. By the time I got to the 5th about 30 seconds in, the video froze. I got a error banner across the top of my screen that said “your network is unstable “ I honestly chuckled to myself.

For the ones who don’t know me, I am a church girl. Big shocker, right?!! I was raised there. I know how to do church well. I am at the stage in my walk where surface level is not enough. I'm on a mission to go deep into the river! As a daughter of God, I am ALWAYS trying to hear His voice and get a revelation from Him. I’d been asking God to allow me to see and hear from Him because normally, I just breeze by, not really paying attention to details I have always admired people who can get a deep revelation out of what would seemingly be the smallest thing to me.

That day I got it loud and clear! Reflect on your life. There may be things going wrong in your life and the reason very well may be that your network is unstable. A network is a group or system of interconnected people or things.

Sis, if you network is not connected to the source, it may be high time to find another circle! It's time out for lukewarmness, its time out for false humility, it is time out for trying to live for the culture and the kingdom. We need to be connected to the source and when we begin to stumble, our network should be there to connect us back to the vine.

If you're feeling like you can't pray or fast, you may even feel like you can't get a connection with the Lord and maybe just maybe your network is unstable. The people that you surround yourself with definitely play a huge factor in who you are and where you're going. I'm sure you've heard the saying "show me your friends and I'll show you your future." It's the same thing. Birds of a feather... you can finish that one yourself

On a serious note, I want to tell you today sis, check your network to ensure you are connected with people who are like-minded and you guys have the same goal. It's not about the outward appearance, it's about the heart. If they don't have a pure heart and they are not bearing fruit, let them go!
