Waiting in Faith

God, who sees the end from the beginning will at times speak things to us from seeing it from our future. I want to speak to you about faith today because many of us need it. I want to tell you that God is true to His word and I want to testify about things that has happened in my own life.

This month at I AM MOORE is about faith and finances and I believe that faith has a-lot to do with finances especially if you’re believing for impossible things. But today we have to start with faith.

Faith in the waiting at times can be dreadful and painful but having hope with faith stirs something up in you.

Even in my own life there’s things I’ve dreamt of that has now come to past. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. I’ve seen huge things like my mom being healed of cancer to things like God blessing me with a new job and car just a few months apart (when I believed so long for this and financially was impossible!) I’ve seen God restore my siblings and I back to togetherness. There’s so much to testify! But where did it all start? By believing God!

“It was by faith that even Sarah was able to have a child, though she was barren and was too old. She believed that God would keep his promise.” Hebrews 11:11 NLT

It was by faith that Sarah BELIEVED God for what He spoke to her. Even though the circumstances didn’t make sense she still believed God.

So what are you believing God for? Hold on to His word. And while you wait there’s still so much to be done. Go love people well, celebrate their victories and testimonies, serve in your church body it’s all important and a beautiful thing to bless others while you wait on your blessing.
