To the woman who:

·      Knows she has more to offer

·      Feels that she is called to more

·      Romanticizes her future and feels it’s out of her reach

·      Called to help (women, children, etc)

·      Feels a pull to something

·      Sees people online and begins to diminish who she is because of “highlight reels”

·      Has lost herself

·      Has God sized goals/plans

·      Feels stuck/stagnant

·      Has overcome traumatic experience...

This is for you! YOU ARE A LEADER! I know you may not feel like one, but your feelings are not Truth! Too often, leadership is confused with position. You don't need a team, a title, or a business to be a leader. It’s about being a trusted figure who guides, inspires, and influences someone else. A true leader follows God, serving as His hands and feet on earth, and in doing so, makes disciples. The gag is, you cannot lead from a broken place.

There is something powerful about the moment a woman realizes that healing is not just something she hopes for, it is something God has already made available to her. Leadership begins with vision. But the most impactful leaders don’t just inspire, they reflect what is true and restored within themselves. There is no stronger testimony than a woman who has walked through pain, trusted God, and come out whole. Hello, “Daughter, your faith has made you whole. Go in peace.” Luke 8:48

Jesus said this to a woman who had suffered for twelve years. She had spent everything she had seeking healing, yet nothing worked. It wasn't until desperation kicked in and she was willing to risk it all to act in faith to get to Jesus. She didn't worry about her status, people's opinion, she didn't even care that she had to get down to a low point. She just knew she HAD to get to Jesus. In her pursuit of Him, she was made whole.

As leaders, we can learn from her example. Leadership is not about perfection. It’s about faith, courage, and trusting God in the face of challenges. The lies that I started this blog are only a distraction to your wholeness. Are you going to remain in your head, or are you going to take a step forward in faith to do the very things God has commanded you to do? In the book of Joshua, God tells Joshua, "Be strong and courageous: Courage is not an absence of fear, it's moving forward in faith, knowing the God of the universe is backing you. Leadership requires action, and action requires faith. “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 Faith moves leaders beyond fear, hesitation, and doubt. It allows you to make decisions that transform your life.

Sis, a healed woman becomes living blueprint of God's redemption and restoration. Her leadership is rooted not in status, title, or approval. The Bible tells us that “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

Always remember that your past does not define you and your failures do not limit you.

This is my current posture. The enemy is trying to drown out what I know God has told me. I choose to trust God and walk. I may not know where I'm going or what will happen along the journey, but I KNOW that as long as I get to Jesus, He will make me WHOLE!

This week, I want to challenge you to intentionally read Hebrews 11, EVERY VERSE! Let faith shape your decisions and allow God’s Word to affirm your identity. Your obedience to what He’s called you to will bless your life. Again, Sis, YOU ARE A LEADER.
